All sales are in US dollars $. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, but will make exchanges on product if there is no damage to product. We have a 30 day exchange policy for all James Scott Apparel products.
If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just follow the instructions below. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the same condition in which you received it.

Products must be in the condition you received them.
Once your return is received and inspected by our product inspectors (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed.
You may NOT exchange goods if they are dirty, damaged, discontinued, or closeout items.
You must get prior approval before sending back.
Restocking charges will be assessed on returned bulk or custom order, dirty/damaged items, items marked as not returnable, and/or discontinued items. Restocking fees will be a $5.00 minimum or 10% of the item returned.
Free Shipping offers, are for domestic retail internet orders only.
Free returns do not apply to ‘discount rack’ items or other non-returnable items.
Gift Certificates can not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
We strive to ship all items in a timely matter, however, back orders do occur. We have recently increased our inventory to help reduce back orders. Below you will find our Standard Shipping Terms:
Our Standard Shipping Terms are as follows: Most orders ship within 3-4 business days however we ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for estimated shipping date of in stock items. Items marked as special order can take up to 4 weeks. In the event of a back order, shipping may take longer due to production schedules. We ship small orders by USPS.
YES, many of our products are made in the USA. We do have a handful of select items that are made in the Americas, and then a smaller amount made overseas. We use a few suppliers throughout the country to design and deliver each piece that we sell.
